ADHD & Neurodivergence
Support for children and families navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, and developmental differences—including ADHD that may look different in girls.
ADHD and neurodivergence can affect much more than attention. Children may struggle with emotional regulation, flexibility, executive functioning, transitions, friendships, school, or feeling like they are constantly being corrected.
I have a particular interest in supporting children with ADHD, including ADHD in girls, which can sometimes be overlooked when symptoms don't fit the traditional picture. Therapy may focus on understanding your child's unique strengths and needs, building practical skills, and helping parents move from frustration and correction toward connection and support.
